What is a mobile oil change service?It's like a regular oil change that you're used to, except we come to you! Home or office, as long as we can get to your car we can get your service done.

Why should I choose Onsite Lube Express for my oil change?Most of our customers choose us because we are the most convenient. We think once you use Onsite Lube Express you'll never go back to the old way of doing things.

How do I schedule an appointment for an oil change?It's easy, just click on schedule now, or book now buttons, put in vital information and choose a time that works best for you. You'll choose a payment method as well at the time of booking. That's it! now just wait for your appointment and we'll take care of the rest.

What areas do you serve?Right now we service the City of Wichita, KS, but plan to expand soon.

What types of oil do you offer, and which should I choose for my vehicle?We are currently only offering full synthetic oil at the weight your manufacturer recommends. Most new vehicles require full synthetic but even older vehicles can benefit from superior lubrication.

Do I need to be present during the oil change?We need a way to get the keys to the vehicle, but if that has been arranged then there is no reason to be present. We'll take pictures of your drain plug, new filter and any issues we see, all of which will be included with your emailed invoice.

How long does an oil change take?Each oil change takes about 25 minutes not including travel time to your location. If you have time constraints be sure to put that in the instructions when scheduling so we know when we need to be done.

What should I do to prepare my vehicle for the oil change?You don't need to do anything. Just be at the time and place you selected and we'll take care of the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?Right now we accept card payments when you schedule. We don't want to put our technicians in danger by requiring them to collect cash and checks making them targets of theft.

What if I have additional services or repairs needed for my vehicle?Be sure to select all the services you need at the time of scheduling, but you can always adjust your services by calling us or rescheduling your appointment using the provided link. If we notice something that looks like an issue we'll include a picture in your invoice and recommend corrective action. Many times we'll have the needed materials on hand, but we may need to schedule another appointment to take care of additional items.

Can I change my appointment or cancel it?Yes, easily. When you schedule you'll receive an email and text with a link that will let you adjust your appointment or cancel.

Do you offer any loyalty or discount programs?Our current customers will receive coupon codes periodically as a thank you for being loyal. We also look forward to offering a subscription service in the future that will include all items your vehicle needs including oil changes, wiper blades, air filters, tire rotations and possibly more.

What happens in case of bad weather?Bad weather can happen in Kansas, as we all know. There are some conditions that make it impractical to do vehicle maintenance outside. In those cases we'll reach out to reschedule and adjust our normal operating hours to accommodate our customers.

Do you have insurance coverage for potential damages during service?Yes, absolutely. We understand how important it is to resolve any issues that might occur during vehicle maintenance, which is why we carry more than enough insurance to cover any issues that might come up.

Is your service available for both personal and commercial vehicles?Yes! Our service caters to both retail and fleet customers. Fleets save time and money by eliminating the need for employees to wait for services, and everyone else avoids the hassle of doing an unpleasant chore.
